JLab has just announced a new pair of truly wireless earbuds, the GO Air True Wireless earbuds and they are just $29.
The company has been putting together some pretty inexpensive headphones in recent years, and the GO Air True Wireless are the latest model. Unveiled ahead of CES 2020.
These will be available in March.
Decent battery life and a low price make these perfect for the gym
Those that are looking for a cheap pair of headphones to take to the gym, and don’t necessarily care about the audio quality as much, will love these. The GO Air True Wireless earbuds are perfect for the gym.
Firstly, they don’t have any wires. So less things for them to get caught on. They also offer some decent battery life. We’re looking at five hours of continuous playback and then about 15 hours of charging from the included carrying case. That gets you to the 20 hours that JLab is touting on their website.
There is also fast charging available, charge these for about 15 minutes and you’ll get an hour of listening time.
Not to mention, these are also pretty small earbuds. Which makes it pretty crazy that these offer five hours of playback. When many larger earbuds, can only do about three or four hours.

But a reason for that is the audio quality. JLab has decent audio quality, but it’s not as good as Bose or Sony, hence the much lower price tag.
There are also touch sensors on the earbuds, which will allow you to change tracks, adjust volume and so forth.
These might be the most affordable truly wireless earbuds worth buying
We’ve seen plenty of truly wireless earbuds on Amazon, that are really just AirPods knock offs. And a lot of the time they are around $20. But the JLab GO Air True Wireless earbuds might be the best value available, when they launch later this quarter.
Of course, you can see some of the cost cutting that JLab did to get these down to this price point, but none of them are really showstoppers, or reasons not to buy these headphones.
Sure the audio quality isn’t perfect, and battery life isn’t amazing. But they are good enough. And looking at the spec sheet and features of these earbuds, that’s becoming a trend for JLab here. Their headphones are „good enough” and at these prices, that might just be enough.
