Vivo X300 Series: Key Specs & AnTuTu Score Officially Revealed

Vivo has been continuously teasing its upcoming X300 series of flagship phones for the past couple of weeks. The X300 handsets are shaping up to be really impressive devices, as per the teasers. One of these products, possibly the Vivo X300 Ultra, will be the world’s first smartphone with two 200MP cameras. A Vivo official has now confirmed some key specs of the Vivo X300 series, apart from revealing the AnTuTu scores.

The Vivo X300 series has scored over 4 million points on AnTuTu

Vivo’s Product Manager Han Boxiao has revealed that the X300 series phones have managed to achieve more than 4 million points on the AnTuTu benchmark. Boxiao’s Weibo post has specifically suggested that the X300 Pro will achieve 4,001,932 points on the benchmarking app.

Breaking it down, thanks to MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 flagship chip, the X300 Pro’s CPU has managed to score 1,043,247 points, while the GPU pulled in 1,510,982. MediaTek has built the Dimensity 9500 SoC on a cluster of four Cortex-X930 and four Cortex-A730 cores. In other words, the chip features an all-big-core design.

Pro model to get a new vibration motor and dual UFS 4.1 storage

Apart from the series’ AnTuTu scores, Vivo’s product manager has shared a handful of details regarding the specs of the Pro model in the X300 series. The phone will have a new custom-built X-axis linear vibration motor. Vivo mentioned that it has incorporated the largest vibration motor ever seen in an X series phone, which will significantly enhance haptic performance. This motor delivers much better performance with a smaller footprint and lighter weight than the one used on the X200 series phones.

The upcoming Vivo X300 Pro will also be the first in the world to utilize UFS 4.1 4-lane type storage. Vivo claims that this tech will improve read and write speeds by more than 70 percent. The Pro model will be able to achieve the maximum read and write speeds of up to 8.6Gbps. Furthermore, the Pro variant will get a new signal amplifier chip, which will enhance Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity.

Vivo X300 will replace the X200 Pro Mini

Vivo’s executive has also revealed that the company won’t offer an X300 Mini Pro model this year. Instead, the firm’s iPhone 17 challenger, the Vivo X200, will replace both the X200 and X200 Pro Mini models. The vanilla X300 variant will get a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display with a BOE Q10 Plus screen panel, which can go as low as 1 nit brightness. It will also have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, an APO periscope telephoto shooter, and a faster USB port.

Last but not least, the Vivo executive has shared an image of the X300 series devices. In the photo, the company has compared the design of the vanilla X300 and Pro model with the iPhone 17 Pro. It looks like the standard X300’s camera bump is much slimmer than the one on the latest iPhone. Meanwhile, the X300 Pro’s camera island is a tad thicker than the vanilla model, yet slimmer than the iPhone 17 Pro.

That said, we expect that Vivo will continue to share more details about the upcoming X300 series phones in the coming days. The company will not launch the phones in China until next month, so stay tuned for updates.
