Google’s Pixel 10 lineup has more or less leaked in full when it comes to the design, colors, and a few more interesting details, but now the entire lineup of phones has also (sort of) leaked in the Play Store. We say sort of because images of the phone didn’t just appear out of thin air. Rather, they were found by poking around in the app.
If you’ve not seen the Pixel 10 or its siblings yet, we’ve exclusively leaked designs for all four phones, including the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL. Designs for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold appeared just this morning, too. Of course, these aren’t really official images. The images of the phones from the Play Store are official, even if Google itself didn’t officially release them. We also now know the dimensions, so you can see just how different in size they’ll be from Google’s Pixel 9 lineup. Which, spoiler alert, isn’t much, although there is some variance both in size and weight.

The whole Pixel 10 series has surfaced in the Play Store, but not by accident
Google has accidentally leaked its own stuff before, or at least shown things earlier than intended, but this time, this isn’t the case. The image of the Pixel 10 series was discovered by Android Authority when they were “poking around in the Play Store app,” the publication says. According to the report, they were able to get the banner image that Google is likely to use for promoting the new phones when people visit the Play Store to surface.
We didn’t see the image ourselves in our Play Store app, so this is definitely something that appears to require a little digging. Meaning, you probably aren’t going to see it in the Play Store on your own device. Unless you’re familiar with how to find data like this when it’s unreleased. What’s interesting is that the banner image being there means Google is probably getting ready for the Pixel 10 reveal. It has its official event for hardware in August. Being this late in July, it kind of makes sense for Google to be preparing some of the imagery ahead of time. This would allow it to flip a switch and have things show up as quickly as possible. Of course, that opens up the door for things like this, where the imagery can be found.
Much about the Pixel 10 features, price, and official release date is still unknown. But it won’t be too long before that information comes to light. Seeing as it should be fairly close to Google’s hardware event.
Google will be offering a $50 off promo during the launch
In addition to the images, there’s one more piece of information that the Play Store leak provides. Google’s promotion plans. Or, at least part of them. It looks like Google will be offering a $50 off promotion for the new Pixel 10 series devices during their launch period. There isn’t much more detail here than that. However, the banner does say the promotion ends on October 13. So that signifies the launch isn’t too far off.
