Another new feature will let Snapchat+ users choose when their stories expire, according to Engadget. This is something that a lot of users will definitely love.
If you don’t know what Snapchat+ is, then here’s a crash course. This is the app’s premium subscription service. Using Snapchat+, users gain access to premium features and experimental new additions that the company’s working on. They get early access to these features, so it’s almost like a beta program. The program costs $3.99/month, and that’s a dollar less than Twitter Blue.
Snapchat+ users choose when their stories expire
When you post the story on Snapchat, that story has 24 hours to stay up before it’s gone. That’s enough time for most people, but sometimes, you may want a story to stay on for just a bit longer – or shorter if you want.
If you get a Snapchat+ subscription, you’ll be able to choose to have your stories expire in as early as 1 hour and as late as one week. In between those options, you have options like 6 hours, 12 hours, 2 days, and 3 days.
Needless to say, this is an extremely useful feature. There are those stories that you want to last for more than just a day. Maybe you shared a memorable vacation or event. Also, if there are stories you only want up for a few hours, you can set them to expire early.
What else do you get with Snapchat+?
With Snapchat+, you have access to features such as #1 BFF. With this feature, you can designate one person as your best friend and pin them to your profile.
Also, you can also use the Ghost Trail feature. On the map view, you will be able to see where your friends have been. Their avatar will leave a trail behind them as they travel. However, users need to manually opt-in to this feature.
Snapchat+ users will also have priority story replies. This means that when you reply to a public story, your icon will have a golden ring around it, and that will make your comment a lot easier to notice.
There are several other features that you can unlock with a Snapchat+ subscription. You can sign up today for those and more features coming in the future.
The post Snapchat+ Users Will Be Able Choose When Their Stories Expire appeared first on Android Headlines.

Source: ndroidheadlines.com

Snapchat+ has been gaining useful and fun features since its release, and it’s not slowing down.
