\nHow to redeem a code in Genshin Impact
\nGetting to the code redemption screen is a few menus deep if you\u2019re doing this in-game, so we\u2019ve put together this guide to help you learn the short process. There\u2019s also different ways to redeem a code. So we\u2019ll walk you through them all.
\nRedeeming a code in-game on mobile
\nLaunch the game and tap on the Paimon menu<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll find this in the top left corner of the screen, next to the mini-map, and above the button for the \u201cin-progress\u201d quests you have open.
\nTap the settings menu<\/p>\n
Look for the little cog icon and tap that, which will take you into the settings menu. You should see it along the side bar on the left along with camera mode, news, your mailbox etc.
\nTap on the account menu<\/p>\n
Now look for the account menu in settings. It\u2019ll be the third menu from the bottom, just above resources and other.
\nTap \u2018Redeem Now\u2019<\/p>\n
Finally enter the redeem code menu by tapping on the \u201credeem now\u201d portion of that bar. An omnibox will pop up and you\u2019ll be able to paste your code here or just type it in manually. Once the code is typed or pasted, tap on the exchange button and the items from the code will be added to your account.
\nRedeeming a code in-game on PS4\/PS5
\nLaunch the game and open the Paimon menu<\/p>\n
Start by launching the game, then hit the options button on your DualSense or DualShock 4 controller.
\nOpen the settings menu<\/p>\n
Now scroll down the side bar with the left thumbstick and open the settings menu. This is the little cog-shaped button down towards the bottom.
\nOpen the account menu<\/p>\n
Use your left thumbstick to scroll towards the bottom of the settings menu and find the account settings. Open this menu.

Finally, open the redeem code menu by highlighting and clicking on the redeem now portion of that bar. Then type in your code and once done, click on the exchange button. The items from the code will be added to your account.

For PC, start by launching the game then hitting the ESC key on your keyboard to open the Paimon menu.

Now you\u2019re at the last step. Inside the account menu, you will see an option for redeeming your code. Click on the \u2018redeem now\u2019 portion of that option. Then manually type or paste your code into omnibox field. Once you\u2019re done, click on the exchange button. If entered successfully, the items from the code will be added to your account.

\nThere is one last place you can redeem your code for Genshin Impact. In your browser. This can be done on mobile or on desktop.
\nGo to the Genshin Impact website<\/p>\n
Launch your browser and go to the Genshin Impact website.
\nClick on the \u201cofficial site\u201d button
\nNext click on the official site button in the top right corner of the page.
\nLog in with your credentials<\/p>\n
Next, log in to your account so the code can be sent to you. The log in button is located in the top right corner of the page, next to the download button.
\nClick on the redeem code tab<\/p>\n
Finally, click on the redeem code tab. You can find this across the top set of pages in the top left. This will pop up an omnibox with a few different things. First you need to select your server. Then click on the \u201cobtain character nickname\u201d option. Since you\u2019re already logged in this will populate your character nickname automatically.
\nFinally, manually type or paste the code in the third omnibar. Then click redeem. The items will be added to your account and should be available upon the next time you launch the game.
