\nThe skin temperature-based cycle tracking for the Galaxy Watch 5 series includes both the Galaxy Watch 5 and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. And its goal is to basically streamline the process of taking Basal Body Temperature readings. Allowing users to get better insights about their menstrual cycle and overall health.

Getting accurate BBT readings requires measurement the first thing every morning, a process that can be inconvenient and sometimes even forgotten\u201d Samsung says. That inconvenience will be a thing of the past with this new feature finally being made available. Users will be able to wear the watch to bed and wake up in the morning with a reading. There is a bit of setup involved though.
\nFirst, users need to launch the Samsung Health app and select the Cycle Tracking feature. From here they need to enter their most recent cycle information into the calendar. Then, enable the\u00a0predict period with skin temp\u00a0feature in the settings.
\nCycle tracking on Galaxy Watch 5 series goes live in 32 countries
\nIf you\u2019ve got a Galaxy Watch 5 or Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and are wanting to start using this feature, you\u2019ll need to be in one of the supported countries. Of which there are 32. This includes the US, as well as Korea and 30 European countries.
\nFor Europe, Cycle Tracking will be available in the UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and many others. You can find the full list of supported countries on Samsung\u2019s official blog post about the feature.
