NVIDIA and Xbox have announced today that the Xbox Game Pass catalog of PC games will be available on GeForce NOW in the near future.<br \/>\nLast month, NVIDIA announced that the first of many Xbox games were coming to GeForce NOW. The first title was Gears 5, with a promise that more titles were on the way. And when NVIDIA says more are on the way, it really does mean more. A lot more.<br \/>\nFor GeForce NOW subscribers, this is a pretty big deal. As it gives them more titles to play. For Xbox Game Pass subscribers, there\u2019s now a reason to also subscribe to GeForce NOW. Because GeForce NOW offers better performance. And through this partnership, Xbox Game Pass games on PC will be able to run at higher spec through the Ultimate membership, which uses an RTX 4080 GPU.<br \/>\nGeForce NOW will not get the \u201centire\u201d Xbox Game Pass catalog<br \/>\nWhile it\u2019s a nice thought, Microsoft isn\u2019t giving away the farm here. There will be \u201cselect titles\u201d from the PC catalog that subscribers will be able to stream using GeForce NOW.<br \/>\nThat might sound like less of a good deal, but don\u2019t write it off. There\u2019s still likely to be a pretty decent number of available titles. And since these come from Xbox Game Pass, these aren\u2019t games you actually have to own if you subscribe to both services. As of now there\u2019s no mention of when the integration arrives. The official word is to \u201clook for further updates about this integration in the coming months.\u201d So it sounds like there\u2019s still a few months to go.<br \/>\nOutside of the Game Pass catalog, NVIDIA is adding two games to GeForce NOW this week.
