Samsung\u2019s Galaxy Buds Core may now have a launch date, and it\u2019s closer than you might think. Samsung is scheduled to host its next Galaxy Unpacked event on July 9, and this is when you\u2019d expect it to show off any upcoming devices for the first time. For example, this is when it\u2019s suspected to be revealing the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. As well as the upcoming Galaxy Watch 8 series of smartwatches. With so many devices on the docket for the event, you might think this is when Samsung would also show off its next wearable audio product. However, the latest teaser suggests that the official announcement will be sooner, at least in some regions.<\/p>\n
The Samsung Galaxy Buds Core launch date appears to be June 27<\/p>\n
It would be easy to brush this off as just a rumor if that were what it was. However, Samsung itself has teased the launch date as June 27 via its Amazon India store. The official Samsung India X account has teased the launch as well. It goes without saying that the launch date could be different based on different regions. So, June 27 might not be the launch date for these earbuds in the US. As well as other parts of North America.<\/p>\n
On the Amazon listing, it clearly says that sales will start on June 27 at 12PM. This is most certainly local time in India, and that means the timing of the launch would be different in other regions, if Samsung were trying to launch them in multiple regions simultaneously.<\/p>\n
The Amazon teaser doesn\u2019t mention anything about a price, but it does have a \u201cnotify me\u201d button that people can click if they\u2019re interested in getting an alert once the sale begins.<\/p>\n
Expect these to have improved battery life<\/p>\n
Previous rumors about these earbuds say they\u2019ll have great battery life. In fact, one report says they\u2019ll put the battery life on the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro \u201cto shame.\u201d Buyers who are more concerned with battery life might want to look at these as their next pair.<\/p>\n
Battery life is pretty good on many pairs of true wireless earbuds these days. Even Samsung\u2019s own Galaxy Buds 3 Pro last for quite a while at 7 hours per charge. That\u2019s without the case, of course. That being said, the Galaxy Buds Core are supposed to have a little more than double the mAh capacity per earbud. So they should last significantly longer.<\/p>\n
