This information comes from Max Weinbach, who actually shared a photo in which you can see the two devices side-by-side.
Mr. Weinbach managed to get his hands on a ton of information regarding the Galaxy S20+. He shared the very first live images recently, followed by a ton of additional info. He also shared some info for the Galaxy S20 series in general.
The Galaxy S20+ will be a lot larger than the S10+, it seems
In any case, as you can see, the Galaxy S20+ will be considerably larger than its predecessor. The phone will be a lot taller, and we mean… a lot. It’s clearly visible in the provided image.
This image could be a bit deceiving regarding width, but it seems like they’re quite similar in that regard. The Galaxy S20+ does seem to be a bit wider, though.
Unlike the Galaxy S10+, the Galaxy S20+ will include a centered display camera hole. That camera hole will be a lot smaller than the pill-shaped one on the Galaxy S10+.
Both devices have really thin bezels, as you can see, but the S20+ has thinner top and bottom ones. The side bezels seem to be equally thin, at least based on the provided image.
Corners are rounded on both phones, quite a bit, actually. The same goes for display corners. Samsung is actually said to be using a sheet of 2.5D curved glass on top of the Galaxy S20+. That handset’s display should offer a much less of a curve than the one on the Galaxy S10+.
Do note that the Galaxy S20+ will not be the largest member of the Galaxy S20 family. The Galaxy S20 Ultra will be even larger, that goes for both height and width.
In addition to those two phones, Samsung is also expected to announce the Galaxy S20. All those phones will become official on February 11, in San Francisco. The Galaxy Z Flip foldable is also rumored to arrive on that day.
12GB of RAM will be standard for all Galaxy S20 flagships
All three Galaxy S20 smartphones will be fueled by the Snapdragon 865. All of them will include 12GB of RAM as a standard option, while the S20 Ultra will be available in a 16GB flavor as well.
The Galaxy S20 and S20+ will arrive in both 4G and 5G variants. The Galaxy S20 Ultra, on the other hand, will be available in a 5G option only.
It is worth noting that the Galaxy S20e will not become a reality, at least according to rumors and leaks. Samsung has decided to completely ditch that line, as the S20 basically becomes the most affordable member of Samsung’s flagship family.

The post Samsung Galaxy S20+ Will Be Considerably Larger Than The S10+ appeared first on Android Headlines.

Source: ndroidheadlines.com

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ will be considerably larger than its predecessor, the S10+.
