MIUI 12 originally launched last month in China, and the global variant is not much different.<br \/>\nIt will not contain some China-specific features, and it will come with Google services pre-installed. That&#8217;s pretty much it as far as differences are concerned, though.<br \/>\nConsidering that all the important details were published last month, many people were only waiting for the rollout schedule for global Xiaomi smartphones. Well, that information is now here.<br \/>\nGlobal MIUI 12 build is coming to a ton of Xiaomi, Redmi &amp; POCO devices<br \/>\nThe first round of phones will start getting MIUI 12 at the end of June. Those phones include the Xiaomi Mi 9, Mi 9T, Mi 9T Pro, Redmi K20, and Redmi K20 Pro.<br \/>\nThe rest of the device will start getting it as part of round two, but we&#8217;re not sure when exactly. It will be later this year, after June, of course. It could be July or August, perhaps.<br \/>\nQuite a few devices are listed in round two, by the way. We&#8217;ll list all of those devices down below, starting with Xiaomi phones, then moving to Redmi and POCO devices.<br \/>\nAll three Xiaomi Mi 10 devices will get the update in the second wave<br \/>\nAll three Xiaomi Mi 10 phones will get the update in the second wave. Those devices are the Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, and MI 10 Lite. The Mi Note 10, Note 10 Lite, and Note 3 will also get it.<br \/>\nMoving on to the Mi 8, Mi 8 Pro, Mi 8 Lite, Mi 9 SE, and Mi 9 Lite. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, Mi MIX 2S, Mi MIX 3, and Mi Max 3 will be getting it. That is pretty much it as far as Xiaomi devices are concerned.<br \/>\nQuite a few Redmi phones will get the update, even more than Xiaomi ones. The Redmi Note 9 Pro, Note 9 Pro Max, Note 9, and Note 9s will get it. Along with that, the Redmi Note 8 Pro, Note 8, and Note 8T as well.<br \/>\nThe Redmi Note 7, 7 Pro, 7S, 6 Pro, 5, and 5 Pro as well. The Redmi 8, 8A, 8A Dual, 7, 7A, 6 Pro, 6A, 6, Y3, Y2, and S2 will get the update in the second wave as well.<br \/>\nJoining them will be three POCO devices. The POCO F1, X2, and F2 Pro. Those are all devices that were announced this year, and quite recently, in fact.<br \/>\nMIUI 12 brings various improvements to the table, including new animations, navigation gestures &amp; more<br \/>\nMIUI 12 brings various new features and improvements to the table. Brand new navigation gestures are included, based on Android 10 navigation gestures. Xiaomi completely revamped animations in its Android OS.<br \/>\nDark Mode 2.0 comes here as well, and it&#8217;s smarter than ever. AOD has been updated, and various new wallpapers have been added to the table. New privacy features have been introduced, and so on.
