But today marks the beginning of a larger presence for the cloud gaming solution. Which will inevitably bring Google more subscribers who may have been wanting to try Stadia out for themselves.
\nSo far this year, Google has been doing much work in trying to increase Stadia’s popularity as well as improve its value for the user. Expanding into new territories is certainly one way to do that. Though it’s hardly the only thing Google has done to try and put Stadia in a better position then it was in at launch.
\nGoogle is bringing Stadia to 8 new countries in Europe
\nStarting today, Google will begin rolling out access to Stadia for 8 new countries in Europe.
\nThat brings the total number of countries where you can play games through Stadia to 22. Having been at 14 prior to today’s expansion. The new countries getting access include Austria, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, and Switzerland.
\nThat being said, Stadia’s Head of EMEA Business Development Samuel Peterson notes that access to Stadia will begin to roll out in these countries within the next 24 hours.
\nWhich means anyone living in the 8 new countries should temper their expectations just a tiny bit. While it might not take long to open up access to all 8 countries, there’s no guarantee that all countries will be able to sign up and start playing at the same time.
\nYour best bet if you’re interested, is to head to stadia.com and check to see if you can finally test it out.
\nTry out Stadia Pro for free
\nWith Stadia expanding, new subscribers will be diving into the gaming platform in the very near future.
\nWorth keeping in mind if you’re one of those people, is that you can try out Stadia Pro for free. Which means you have zero commitment that’s required. Stadia Pro has plenty of free games available right now.
\nSo you can sign up for it, claim any of the games you want, then play them. All at no charge. If you like what you see, you can choose to keep the subscription beyond its trial date. Then even begin dropping some money on purchased titles.
\nAnd there’s no better time for it either. Considering Cyberpunk 2077 releases for Stadia this week.
\nThe post Google Expands Stadia In Europe To Multiple New Countries appeared first on Android Headlines.
\n
\nSource: ndroidheadlines.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Google just expanded the reach of Stadia in Europe by opening up access to new countries within the region.
