Samsung\u2019s own website might be the best way to pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 but now it\u2019s also appearing on the Google Fi store. And, as reports are beginning to show, it comes with a discount of its own. Although, not one that easily rivals what the OEM itself is offering and buyers will have to wait since it\u2019s listed as \u201ccoming soon\u201d in both the app and on the web.
\nAlthough Google Fi subscribers may be more likely to find the device they want from the MVNO. Especially if the horizontally-folding flagship starts selling out elsewhere.
\nWhat is Google Fi offering when it comes to the Galaxy Z Flip 3?
\nNow, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is available in all four of its colorations and for the $999 128GB variant. Those colors are Phantom Black, Lavender, Green, or Cream. And, of course, those can also be bought for $41.67 per month, for those that qualify.
\nThe 256GB variant is expected to land on the carrier too, at its announced price. But subscribers to Google Fi don\u2019t necessarily need to pay that for either phone. At the very least, not if they\u2019re a new Fi subscriber or meet Google\u2019s requirements as an existing subscriber.
\nNew subscribers will get a $400 Google Fi bill credit that Google will put toward the monthly cost of service. But new users must be transferring from another carrier and bringing their phone number with them to get the deal.
\nExisting customers can get this deal too
\nExisting customers will need to do a little extra work. For instance, they\u2019ll need to activate the phone on a full-service plan. So there\u2019s not going to be any data-only SIM plan customers getting this deal. And that needs to be done within 30 days of shipment confirmation.
\nWhat\u2019s more, buyers can\u2019t have only just left Google Fi and be coming back. To qualify as a new customer, buyers need to have waited 180 days from the last day of service from the last time they had Fi. And Google Fi phone number transfers to Google Fi won\u2019t be eligible either.
\nExisting subscribers will also need to keep the phone active for at least 30 days before getting the credit. And it must be activated on the same Fi account that was used to purchase the phone. Although that will also work if the customer is a part of the same group plan as the person who bought the phone.<\/p>\n
