How To Watch UFC 242

UFC 242 is streaming live this Saturday, from Abu Dhabi. There’s two big main events that are headlining the PPV this time around, along with a special start time. So here’s how and when, you can watch UFC 242.
How can I watch UFC 242?
UFC 242 is going to be exclusive to ESPN+. That has been the case for the past year or so, which means that this should come as no surprise.
However, with it being on ESPN+, it means that you can watch the PPV from anywhere. On your smartphone, your tablet, TV or even your laptop through ESPN’s website. Which means that even if you are working during UFC 242, you’ll still be able to watch it. Which is good.
If you’re a subscriber of ESPN+, you will still need to purchase the PPV. Which is going to cost you $54.99. That is actually $10 cheaper than it was before ESPN+ started showing the UFC PPVs, so at least you’re saving some cash there.
If you are not a ESPN+ subscriber, then you’re going to need to fork up about $80. This pays for the PPV and also gets you a year of ESPN+ included.
That’s a pretty big deal, considering the amount of content that is on ESPN+, and that includes plenty of UFC content – like Fight Night which takes place each month.
You can sign up for ESPN+ or order your PPV from the link below.

What time does UFC 242 start?
Due to UFC 242 taking place in Abu Dhabi this time, versus the United States, there is a much earlier start time. It’s about eight hours earlier than normal.
The early prelims start at 10:15 AM ET, with the prelims at 12PM ET and the main card starting at 2PM ET.
That means that you can watch UFC 242 and still make plans for Saturday night, as it’ll be over by then.
Who’s in the main event of UFC 242?
There’s two matches that make up the main event this time. Which includes Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Dustin Poirier in a UFC Lightweight Championship match. Poirier is the interim lightweight champion, having won that title at UFC 236 by beating Max Holloway, which ended his 13 fight win streak.
The co-main event features Edson Barboza vs Paul Felder. Barboza is ranked number seven  and has been a UFC lightweight and multiple Muay Thai champion. He’s been fighting in the UFC since 2010. He’s also a six-time Fight of the Night Winner. Meanwhile Felder is ranked number ten, and has been a UFC lightweight champion. He also does some commentating duties for the UFC.
