The iRobot Braava Jet M6 is able to sweep and then mop at the same time. So you do get up all the dirt, as well as the caked on dirt that you need a mop for.
Much like its Roomba robot vacuums, the Braava Jet M6 also features its patented iAdapt 3.0 navigation with vSLAM technology. This allows the robot vacuum to seamlessly navigate and efficiently mop or sweep your floors. It will run back and forth until it has cleaned the entire room, before moving onto the next one.
It also has Imprint Smart Mapping, which enables the robot to learn, map and adapt to your home. Thanks to artificial intelligence, it remaps your home each time. So it gets a better map every single time, and knows where everything is. So it doesn’t run into your furniture or the walls.
Nearly $400 for a robot mop might still seem like a lot to some people, and well it kind of is. But if you have a home that is mostly laminate, tile or hardwood, then the Braava Jet M6 is going to be a really great purchase for you. But if it’s all carpet except for the kitchen and the bathroom, then this is likely not going to be a good purchase, as you won’t get a lot of use out of it. But this does a really good job at mopping your floors. Much better than the 2-in-1 robot vacuums and mops out there.
