Woot has the LG G7 Fit on sale today for just $180. That makes this a really good device to pick up if you’re in need of a new phone but don’t have the money to drop a grand on something like the Galaxy S20.
The LG G7 Fit is more of a mid-range G7 from LG, but it can still handle its own.
It sports a 6.1-inch Quad HD+ display, with the Snapdragon 821 inside and 4GB of RAM. Now that Snapdragon 821 is pretty old at this point. Heck, it powered the first Google Pixel. But, Qualcomm keeps its Snapdragon 800-series up-to-date more than the 600 and lower chipsets. So this is the better one to go with here.
It has a single 16-megapixel sensor around back. Now that sounds pretty odd, with most phones having at least three cameras now. But that’s not a bad thing. LG has had really good cameras for quite a few years now. So the LG G7 Fit should offer a pretty good camera experience.
Unfortunately, the LG G7 Fit does have a pretty chunky notch at the top, similar to the iPhone. But we do have to remember that this phone was released almost two years ago. And that’s how big notches were in 2018.
Finally, this is powered by a 3000mAh capacity battery. That should be enough juice to get you through a full day and then some.
Of course, the LG G7 Fit is also unlocked and will work on all four US carriers. So you can just pop in your SIM card and you’re good to go. It also works on some MVNOs that use those major carrier networks too.
