Finally Nothing Will Debut Its Wireless Earbuds On July 27

After a month later than actually planned, Carl Pei’s Nothing company is all set to announce its debut product, the wireless earbuds the next month.
Notably, Nothing has set the date on July 27. The company calls its debut wireless earbuds, the Nothing Ear (1). As noted by The Verge, to be specific, the announcement will be done at 9 AM ET on July 27th.
Carl Pei parted ways with the OnePlus company and started his own company called “Nothing.” While, at first, there was confusion regarding what this company will be about.
However, considering the tech background of Carl Pei, it was almost guessed that Nothing will come up with something related to tech. And now, we finally know the product.
Nothing announced the product launch back in June. But the announcement was delayed as Pei himself confirmed it had “a few things left to finalize.” So, hence the delay.
Over the past few months, details regarding Nothing’s first product, the Nothing Ear (1) has been surfacing the internet. At least the thing that we know is that it will be “thin.”

Additionally, Carl Pei also gave a sneak peek at how the wireless earbuds will be built. The Nothing Ear (1) will come with a stripped-down aesthetic. Moreover, it will also feature transparent build materials.
These wireless earbuds have been designed in collaboration with Teenage Engineering. Now, the thing to note is that the wireless earbuds market is already competitive.
There are several players in this space, providing you with their feature-packed products. Besides, it will also be interesting to see how Nothing places its product into the market.
And by that we mean whether it will be premium wireless earbuds, or it is built for everyone. Sadly, there is no information available related to that.
But that’s not all. Carl Pei has already announced that Nothing will move into more areas in the coming time. In an interview given to The Verge, Pei has said that he wants to eventually build an “eco-system of interconnected devices.”
“The ultimate vision of having everything connected in a seamless way, that can only happen when you have multiple categories of products“, Pei said.
The above statement, also gives us a ray of hope that we might see Nothing come up with an Android smartphone in the near future. Please, don’t quote us on this as this is simply a tech-enthusiast guessing.
