ECOVACS has released its newest robot vacuum, the DEEBOT OZMO T8 AIVI, and it’s one of the best robot vacuums on the market today.
The DEEBOT OZMO T8 AIVI has all of the features you’d expect from a high-end robot vacuum in 2020. Which includes mapping out your home, and being able to avoid obstacles. In fact, it is able to avoid seven different obstacles in your home. This includes things like cords, shoes, and much more. So there’s no need to worry about the DEEBOT OZMO T8 AIVI getting stuck while vacuuming.
ECOVACS is also using a new technology called Direct Time of Flight laser detection or dTOF. This is an aerospace technology, and is able to detect double distance. What this means is that the DEEBOT OZMO T8 AIVI is going to be able to map out more of your home at once. And also see more items on the floor, including things that are just 2mm in size.
On top of that, there is a camera on the front of the DEEBOT OZMO T8 AIVI. This is used for the AIVI Video Manager, which can be used to drive your robot vacuum to a specific spot in your home to clean. Now, this data is not uploaded to the cloud and is password protected and encypted. So you don’t need to worry about privacy here. Of course, ECOVACS also includes a lens cover to cover the camera.
What’s perhaps the most exciting feature of the DEEBOT OZMO T8 AIVI is the fact that this is a modular robot vacuum. There are a few things that you can buy to go with the DEEBOT OZMO T8 AIVI. That is a self-emptying dust bin, or the OZMO Pro mopping module.
The OZMO Pro is a really impressive mopping module, and allows for some deep cleaning. It is able to vibrate at up to 480 times per minute, allowing it to get up those tough stains. And it’ll even double back to make sure that it picked up everything. Now many other robot vacuums do have mops included, but they are mostly pretty terrible. The ECOVACS DEEBOT OZMO T8 AIVI is the first one we’ve used, that has done a really good job at mopping.
